2. What data we process and why

Demo request form. The form is hosted in our application (app.3dpodiatrysolution.com), where we collect your full name, email address, phone number and country. We use them to handle your request, contact you, prepare a demonstration and, where applicable, a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Email enquiries. We process the data you include in your message in order to reply, on the same legal basis.

Commercial communications. We will only send you information about our products, training or news if you have asked for it or if you are a client and the information concerns products similar to those you contracted (Art. 21.2 LSSI-CE). You may object at any time by writing to 3dpodiatrysolution@gmail.com or via the link included in each message.

Browsing data. Our hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd.) records technical connection data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and service operation purposes, on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. How long we keep your data

Data from demo requests and enquiries is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods needed to address any legal liability. If no relationship is formalised, we delete it within two years of the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and the statutory retention periods (generally six years for commercial purposes).

4. Who we share your data with

We do not disclose your data to third parties unless legally required. To provide the service we use providers acting as processors, who only access data under our instructions: the email provider (Google) and the web hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd.). Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case, the transfer is covered by European Commission adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

The client application (app.3dpodiatrysolution.com) and the Discord community have their own terms and privacy policies, which are provided when you sign up.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to 3dpodiatrysolution@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a document that identifies you. You may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with your local supervisory authority.

6. Cookies

This website does not use its own cookies, nor analytics or advertising cookies. Third-party cookies may only be set in two cases, always at your request: when you play the embedded YouTube video (loaded in privacy-enhanced mode, with no cookies until you press play; from then on Google's privacy policy applies) and when you access linked external services. The site remembers in your browser, without cookies and without identifying you, whether you have closed the language notice. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google to download them.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, taking into account the state of the art and the nature of the data. The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
